I’m an Oakland University grad who’s found a true love in design (second only to my pets and family). I’m organized, collaborative, and a little humorous, I believe great design should not only look good but connect with people.

At the core of every project, I look for balance between creativity and clarity, between ideas that feel exciting and solutions that truly work. Design has been my passion since college and still feels like my favorite puzzle to solve. I bring organization, collaboration, and humor into my process, creating work that is both effective and engaging. For me, design is where function meets feeling, and it is what I love most, right after time with my pets and family.

Detroit Opera House
This project centered on experimental typography through the creation of both a poster and program for Carmen. The design process included type studies, layout experiments, and progress iterations that informed the final pieces. The outcome captures the bold drama of the opera while maintaining clarity and accessibility for audiences.

Senior Thesis: Dyslexica
For my senior thesis, I designed a custom typeface that communicates the experience of reading with dyslexia. By stripping away key distinguishing features of letters, the typeface creates a sense of movement, distortion, and confusion—mirroring the challenges many readers face daily. Dyslexica offers non-dyslexic readers a glimpse into this perspective, encouraging empathy and awareness through design. Presented at my senior showcase, the project was awarded Best in Show for its impact and execution.
